You are never "a bit responsible". The task assigned to you is your task until its done. If it remains undone or is not executed correctly, thats your responsibility. Full ownership means that there are no excuses. If it rains you get wet - that's part of the process. If you realize you can not accomplish a task yourself, full ownership means that you should ask the right person for support. It definitely does NOT mean that you are in this alone.
Everybody who is part of our team is here for a reason. If we had believed that we are perfect already, we had not gotten you on board in the first place. You are here because we believe you make our team stronger. That means you need to bring change to the team. For that, you have to do things differently than we have done so far and bring in new impulses.
We are best at what we do if we have the perfect state of mind for the tasks we work on. Of course, this state of mind cannot be triggered by pushing a button. But we constantly work on understanding ourselves better and what it takes to be happy and successful at tackling our everyday challenges. This also comes with demanding and taking the freedom you need to achieve this. If a walk in the forest or half an hour of meditation is what it takes, you should go out there or sit down and close your eyes.
We are all great people but probably still lack the ability to read each other's minds. That's why communication is key - open and honestly. If something makes you unhappy, it will not change if you keep it to yourself. If something makes you happy, it probably makes others happy too if you share it.
You might be faced with challenges that you consider to be too big for you. In the first place, it might scare you. You might doubt yourself, ask yourself if you are good enough to tackle it. If that's the case, you are just in the right place - at the threshold of your comfort zone, where executing what you are good at, anyways ends and true learning begins.
